Jabari Parker Continues Great Run Of Form
5 years agoAtlanta Hawks power forward Jabari Parker continued his red-hot run on Tuesday night in Denver. In 33 minutes, Parker tallied 20 points, nine rebounds, four assists and made one of his five three-point attempts. The former Blue Devil has stepped into bigger minutes since John Collins was suspended, and the Hawks offense is barely missing a beat in the five games since Parker took over his spot. In the last five games, Parker is averaging 32.6 minutes, 19.8 points, 8.2 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.2 blocks. He has also connected on one three-point attempt in four of those five games and shot at least 50% from the field in all of them. Parker is turning into an all-around contributor for managers that picked him up after the Collins suspension. The Hawks have tough matchups to end Week 4 as they take on the Suns on Thursday before facing Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, LeBron James and Anthony Davis on a back-to-back to close out the weekend.
