6 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans center Jahlil Okafor has been cleared to play in Friday’s contest versus the Minnesota Timberwolves, having previously been listed as questionable due to a left ankle sprain. Okafor figures to take a hit from a fantasy perspective with the return of Anthony Davis, although the All-NBA forward is expected to be on a minutes restriction of some kind. Okafor has shone over the last nine games without Davis, averaging 18.2 points and 9.8 rebounds per contest, which should earn him consistent minutes down the stretch run of the season.--Jesse Borek
