3 years agoSan Antonio Spurs centers Jakob Poeltl (concussion) and Jock Landale (concussion) have both been ruled out for Thursday's game vs. Miami after the duo entered the league's concussion protocols Wednesday. Both players sustained blows to the head during Tuesday's loss to the Warriors, leaving Drew Eubanks and Thaddeus Young as the team's options at center for the time being. Poeltl has continued his ascent into a strong fantasy asset in 2021-22, on pace for career highs in points (13.1), rebounds (9.0), assists (2.8), and minutes (28.7) per contest. Landale has seen his minutes allotment dwindle as of late, but his absence will be felt in the frontcourt. Fantasy managers can anticipate both players being sidelined indefinitely.--Jesse Borek
