6 years agoDallas Mavericks point guard Jalen Brunson has seemingly turned the corner during his rookie season, having dropped 20 points on 8-for-15 shooting during Thursday’s loss to the Denver Nuggets. Brunson logged 39 minutes, a new career high, now having scored in double figures in six straight contests, having seen 30 or more minutes in each of his last five. Dallas is days away from being officially eliminated from playoff contention, which should mean they’ll have incentive to give Brunson as much run as he can handle down the stretch.--Jesse Borek
