5 years agoDenver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray led his team to a win on Sunday night with a season-high 39 points against the Memphis Grizzlies. He made his first four shots and had a final stat line of 39 points, eight assists, four rebounds, three steals and one block with zero turnovers. He also made a season-high 14 of his 24 shots on the night, including going 7-for-12 from behind the arc. The Nuggets return to Denver for three home games in Week 5 against Houston, Boston and Phoenix. Those are three of the top four defensive teams versus point guards so far this year, so Murray will have quite a challenge if he wants to replicate his performance from Sunday night.--Euan Leith
