6 years agoDenver Nuggets point/shooting guard Jamal Murray went for 19 points with nine rebounds during Friday’s win over the Oklahoma City Thunder. Despite coming up just one rebound shy of his second double-double of the season, the story looking ahead will be Murray tying his season low with just one assist and his 0-for-4 shooting from long range. Murray has gone 1-for-13 from three-point range over his last four contests, dropping his season average from deep down to 29.5 percent. There’s no question Denver will keep running him out there, especially with Gary Harris sidelined, but with Monte Morris playing well off the bench, Murray could see his role chipped into eventually.--Jesse Borek
