5 years agoDenver Nuggets point guard Jamal Murray produced a big 39-point performance in Saturday's surprise loss to Washington, shooting 13-for-19 from the field and 10-for-10 at the charity stripe. He sank three triples with seven attempts while adding four assists, two blocks, and one steal. The 22-year-old guard actually went scoreless in the first quarter, so it was very impressive how he managed to get on a roll offensively. He is in a nice spot on Monday to bag a bunch of points again against the Hawks, who have given up the 10th-most points to point guards in 2019-20.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
