6 years agoDenver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray looked like a man from another planet on Monday against Boston, getting a career-high 48 points in a 115-107 win. He shot 19-for-30 from the field, including 5-for-11 from downtown, with a perfect 5-for-5 free throw record. Murray logged a team-high 38 minutes and added five rebounds and four assists to his account. You could say that he doesn't really have a good matchup to keep the momentum, as Denver visits Memphis on Wednesday, but if you can torch the defensively stingy Celtics, then nothing should be impossible.
