6 years agoDenver Nuggets point/shooting guard Jamal Murray paced his squad during Friday’s loss to the Charlotte Hornets with 20 points on 8-for-20 shooting, failing to make a three for the first time in his last 11 games. On the floor for 37 minutes, Murray piled up seven assists and five rebounds, also adding two steals. After scoring 20 or more points just four times over his first 19 games, he has now scored 20 or more in five of his last six outings. Now a borderline elite fantasy asset, Murray gets a golden match-up against the Atlanta Hawks on Saturday, who have been dominated by opposing point guards this season.--Jesse Borek
