4 years agoDenver Nuggets point/shooting guard Jamal Murray (knee) has been ruled out for Friday's contest against San Antonio due to persistent knee issues. Murray's absence marks his third outing in a row on the sidelines, paving the way for Monte Morris and Facundo Campazzo to see the vast majority of ball-handling duties, while Nikola Jokic can also be seen as possessing increased assist upside. Murray had been scorching hot from the field over his last nine games, averaging 23.7 PPG, all while shooting 47.5 percent from behind the arc.
