James Harden Continues Historic Scoring Pace In Victory
6 years agoHouston Rockets point/shooting guard James Harden is entering rare air in NBA history with his recent scoring barrage. Having now scored 35 points or more in eight straight games, he has scored over 400 total points in his last 10 contests. Saturday’s performance not only came against one of the league’s top defensive units in the Memphis Grizzlies, it was Harden's fourth triple-double of the season with 43 points, 13 assists and 10 rebounds, including a career-high 27 free-throw attempts. With Chris Paul sidelined, don’t expect this type of production to subside, no matter the pace. While Anthony Davis and Giannis Antetokounmpo both make strong points for the top fantasy spot, Harden, sans Paul, is on a whole different level.
