James Harden Drops 37 Points In Win
5 years agoHouston Rockets guard James Harden helped his team snap a four-game skid on Tuesday night in the win over the Minnesota Timberwolves. The former MVP had 37 points, finishing with an efficient 11-for-19 shooting from the field, which also included an impressive 50 percent shooting from deep on 10 attempts. He also hit 10 of his 14 tries at the charity stripe and added seven assists, four boards, and two steals. It was a welcomed outing for Harden, who has struggled with his shot over the last five games. His turnaround may be short-lived, however, as the Rockets will head west to meet the Lakers on Thursday night, with Harden averaging 24 points--10 points less than his seasonal mark--and nearly five turnovers throughout two meetings with Los Angeles this season.
