James Harden Has Woeful Shooting Night In Victory
5 years agoHouston Rockets point/shooting guard James Harden was way off the mark from long range during Saturday’s win over the New Orleans Pelicans. Harden went just 2-for-18 from behind the arc, shooting 8-for-29 overall en route to a 29-point performance. While the scoring average remained high, he snagged just four rebounds and added five assists while turning the ball over eight times. It hasn’t been a dynamic start to the season for Harden, although there is plenty of reason to believe that he’ll find his rhythm much sooner than later. He faces his former team, the Oklahoma City Thunder, on Monday, whom he is averaging 28.2 points per game against during his career, the third most of any opponent he has faced.
