James Harden Sits The Entire Fourth Quarter In Blowout
5 years agoIn a 135-105 win over the Golden State Warriors, Houston Rockets guard James Harden did enough in three quarters to sit out and rest for the final frame of Thursday's game. The 2018 MVP did all of his damage in 29 minutes with 29 points, 10 assists, three rebounds, three steals, and two blocks. It was a classic Harden line as he was inefficient from the field (6-for-16 on field goals, 3-for-12 from three), but made up for it with a 14-for-15 performance from the charity stripe. The eight-time All-Star has bounced back from a down January and is averaging 32.7 points, 8.3 assists, and 7.7 rebounds in seven February games. He will look to continue that form on the road versus the Utah Jazz on Saturday night.
