4 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans power forward James Johnson (adductor) has been bumped up to probable to participate in Wednesday's contest against the Nuggets. Johnson has been on the sidelines for each of New Orleans' last four games, with Naji Marshall and Wenyen Gabriel likely to see slightly reduced roles once the veteran is back in the mix. In 11 games since joining the Pelicans, Johnson has seen less than 25 minutes in an outing just twice; he has upped his scoring average to 9.7 PPG in that span, giving him fringe season-long viability in deeper season-long formats. Barring a setback, fantasy managers can operate under the assumption that Johnson will be on the floor Wednesday.--Jesse Borek
