James Johnson Unable To Continue After First Quarter
6 years agoMiami Heat power forward James Johnson (illness) made the start in Friday's 118-94 victory against the Cleveland Cavaliers but he was unable to play past the first quarter due to illness. He was scoreless with just one rebound and a personal foul over eight minutes. With Johnson checking out early it was Kelly Olynyk and Bam Adebayo sucking up some extra minutes to fill the void. Olynyk played 22 minutes off the bench, finishing with nine points, three assists and two rebounds while also sinking a three-pointer. If Johnson is unable to play Sunday against Minnesota those are the two players who would be the biggest beneficiaries of his absence.
