3 years agoDenver Nuggets power forward/center JaMychal Green (elbow) has been ruled out for Monday's game against Miami due to a sprained left elbow. Green's absence will be his first of the year, although the Nuggets will have a sound contingency plan to start in his place: the returning Nikola Jokic. Green figures to shift to the second unit when healthy with Jokic back in the mix, which heavily caps the veteran's DFS appeal; when coming off the bench, Green has averaged just 13 minutes per outing, nowhere near enough to be rostered in season-long formats. His next chance to take the floor comes Wednesday vs. the Magic.--Jesse Borek
