7 years agoMemphis Grizzlies power forward Jarell Martin had a block party on Monday against Pheonix, swatting away three attempts in 34 minutes of action, helping out on the defensive end with two steals as well. Martin added four rebounds and three assists, going 4-for-9 from the field for nine points. He's posted 11.9 points, 5.4 rebounds, and one block over the last seven games, averaging 28 minutes on the floor. Martin is one of the many younger players that will be cut loose when the tank starts rolling in Memphis, and with the team currently sitting on just 18 wins, that should only be a matter of time.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
