Jaren Jackson Jr. Responds With Solid Showing In Loss
6 years agoMemphis Grizzlies power forward/center Jaren Jackson Jr. bounced back from his scoreless outing Friday to finish with 11 points and eight rebounds during Saturday’s loss to the Los Angeles Lakers. Jackson was able to avoid foul trouble, which allowed him to play 27 minutes, even if that number was capped due to the nature of his team’s loss. What JaMychal Green and Joakim Noah have done off the bench hasn’t seemed to have inhibited his work as the incumbent starter for the time being, so owners can continue moving forward with the 19-year-old.
