5 years agoBrooklyn Nets center Jarrett Allen scored 22 points, grabbed 17 rebounds, added two steals and made four free throws in 28 minutes of a 101-91 win over the Charlotte Hornets. The 21-year-old controlled the paint, establishing season-highs in field goal attempts, points and rebounds. Allen was aggressive around the rim, frequently rolling/cutting to the basket and finishing with authority. The former Texas center has five double-doubles on the year and two in his last two contests. Allen should continue to be a factor in points, rebounds and blocks. He should be in starting lineups moving forward.--Tim Capurso
