5 years agoBoston Celtics guard Jaylen Brown dropped 30 points with six rebounds, five triples, and four assists in a 118-102 win over the Toronto Raptors. At 23 years old, Brown became the youngest Celtic to score 30 points on Christmas Day, breaking Bill Russell's record. In addition to having a breakout season, the fourth-year veteran is red-hot in his last four games, with averages of 24.5 points, 7.2 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 3.0 threes, and one steal on 60.1/44.6/74.1 percent shooting splits. Brown will look to stay hot in a Friday night matchup with the Cleveland Cavaliers, one of the league's worst defensive teams.--Tim Capurso
