4 years agoBoston Celtics shooting guard Jaylen Brown was on fire in Thursday's win over the Lakers, shooting 17-for-20 from the field en route to a game-high 40 points. No other player managed to even hit the 20-mark in the game. Brown was 3-for-5 from outside and 3-for-3 at the line with nine rebounds, three assists and one steal. He also committed six turnovers after giving up the ball just once in the previous two games combined. Brown's shooting form has been a bit iffy this month, but he's a very versatile scorer who looks like an unstoppable force if he gets on a roll, as he showed Thursday. He'll be back on the court Saturday against the Warriors, who'll provide the C's with a very good pace-up spot.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
