Jaylen Brown Will Miss Remainder Of Season
4 years agoBoston Celtics small forward Jaylen Brown (wrist) has been ruled out for the rest of the year due to a torn ligament in his left wrist. Brown had missed the team's three previous games with the injury, but it has turned out to be a worst-case scenario, one which figures to significantly impact Boston's title hopes. To close out the regular season, Jayson Tatum and Kemba Walker figure to carry massive offensive workloads, while Evan Fournier stands to have the chance to deliver must-own level production. Aaron Nesmith has also seen his role elevated off the bench. Brown finishes the year having averaged a career-high 24.7 PPG on 48.4 percent shooting across 58 games.
