2 years agoThe Timberwolves exercised the team option on forward Jaylen Nowell on Wednesday night, paying him nearly $2 million for 2022-23. The 22-year-old has averaged 8.1 points, 1.9 boards, and 1.8 assists through his three years in Minnesota. He's spent most of his time on the bench during that time, with his role not expected to change anytime soon. However, there's a chance he may be on another roster come October.
