3 years agoBoston Celtics small/power forward Jayson Tatum was wildly efficient during Friday's drubbing of the Kings, going 12-for-16 overall from the field -- including 7-for-10 from behind the arc -- en route to a 32-point performance. Tatum also pitched in five boards and four assists, as he is now on pace to set a new career high with 8.2 rebounds per game in 2021-22. March has been an offensive deluge for Tatum, who has averaged 34.8 PPG over eight contests, shooting 51.6% overall and 43.6% from deep. Next up is a showdown vs. Denver on Sunday, with the Nuggets having held Tatum to 26% shooting from three-point range in nine career matchups, his lowest mark against any opponent.--Jesse Borek
