Jazz Haven't Changed Stance On Donovan Mitchell
3 years agoUtah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell has been mentioned as a potential name making a move this offseason. However, the organization remains firm in its insistence that he will stay in Salt Lake City. Nonetheless, tension between Rudy Gobert and Mitchell re-emerged after the team's first-round playoff exit. Yet, while the Jazz would like to keep both superstars on the roster, it's clear Gobert would be the first to go if it came down to it. Mitchell is coming off another fantastic season, one where he averaged 25.9 points, 5.3 assists, 4.2 rebounds, and 1.5 steals. While anything can happen over the summer regarding Mitchell's future in Utah, one thing is certain; the 25-year-old will remain a highly desired fantasy option in all formats moving ahead, regardless of where he plays in 2022.
