3 years agoNew York Mets second baseman/outfielder Jeff McNeil (hamstring) will remain on the bench for Saturday's game against the Miami Marlins. Luis Guillorme will be manning the keystone for the contest. This will be McNeil's fourth straight missed game due to right hamstring tightness. He suffered the injury during this past Monday's game. McNeil is still being considered day-to-day for now and there hasn't been any mention of a potential stint on the injured list. The 30-year-old is in the midst of a productive season. Over 65 games, he's slashed .327/.386/.465 with four home runs, 33 RBI and 33 runs.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
