6 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves point guard Jeff Teague had a less than stellar performance Saturday night versus the Boston Celtics. Teague scored 11 points going 3-for-10 from the field with six assists and four boards. In the ten games since the Timberwolves traded shooting guard Jimmy Butler, Teague is averaging 12.4 points, 7.9 assists, and 2.3 rebounds which right in line with his season averages so Teague looks unaffected by the Butler trade. The next contest for Teague and the Timberwolves is the Houston Rockets on Sunday. The Rockets have the second slowest pace of play so Teague's chances may be limited.--Matt Sparkington - RotoBaller
