Jeremy Lamb Nails Game-Winner In Final Seconds
6 years agoCharlotte Hornets shooting guard Jeremy Lamb played hero Wednesday against the Detroit Pistons, nailing a tough fadeaway jumper with 0.3 seconds on the clock to break a deadlocked tie, leading his team to victory. Overall, it was a struggle from the field for Lamb, who finished 4-for-13 without a make from three for the first time in eight games. Even with the emergence of Marvin Williams, Lamb still solidly remains the No. 2 scoring option for Charlotte, which makes him a strong own even if he flies a bit under the radar. He next faces the New York Knicks on Friday, whom he is averaging 11.7 points per game against in his career, which is tied for his second most versus any opponent.
