Jeremy Lamb Scores 13 Points In The First Half, Finishes With 18 Points
7 years agoCharlotte Hornets guard/forward Jeremy Lamb started hot in the win against Sacramento on Monday. Lamb was 5-for-6 in the first half, finishing 7-for-12 from the field with 18 points. Lamb is averaging 25 minutes a game as the first person off the bench for the Hornets, but he has been a top-100 player all season. His advanced statistics warrant an addition in all leagues, especially if the Hornets move one of their starters currently on the trade block. Lamb is second on the Hornets in PER (17.8) and points per 36 minutes (26.6). Were his playing time to increase, he would provide immediate production. Lamb is one of those players who you can pick up now and still gain from whether he becomes a starter due to trade or not.
