Jeremy Lin Traded To The Hawks
6 years agoGuard Jeremy Lin has been traded to the Hawks. The Journeyman, who was acquired by Atlanta for picks and the rights to guard Isaia Cordinier, has had a rough stretch over the past two seasons, appearing in only 37 games during that span as a result of hamstring issues and a ruptured patella tendon, among other various ailments. Though he hasn’t been cleared to resume full basketball activities, he is progressing well and should be ready to go by the start of the 2019 campaign, or at least early on into the season. He is currently slotted behind guards Dennis Schroder and rookie Trae Young, but could find some minutes this season if Schroder is traded, something that has been rumored for quite some time. If he can stay healthy, he may be able to see the floor in a backcourt that is filled with young, inexperienced players. Keep an eye on his health and Schroeder’s status as he is someone capable of exceeding his ADP.
