2 years agoSan Antonio Spurs small/power forward Jeremy Sochan will not see the court during NBA Summer League as he works his way back to full strength after a positive COVID-19 test. The move sounds entirely precautionary from the Spurs perspective, and largely due to the quick turnaround that the Summer League delivers. Taken with the ninth overall pick in the 2022 NBA Draft, Sochan figures to be a key contributor for San Antonio this season, who will be looking for ways to fill the myriad production that Dejounte Murray provided. Not having game tape until the pre-season may serve to stunt Sochan's redraft value early on.--Jesse Borek
