Jimmy Butler Grabs Season-High 13 Rebounds In Minnesota Return
6 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers shooting guard/small forward Jimmy Butler scuffled from the floor during his return to Minnesota in Saturday night’s win, but managed to grab a season-high 13 rebounds. Butler shot 4-for-17 en route to 12 points, collecting his third double-double since joining the Sixers. He also added five assists and two steals, but has now shot just 29.7 percent from the floor over his last three games. It’s increasingly unlikely that the Sixers will move off the No. 3 line in the Eastern Conference, which could mean that they’ll rest some of their regulars over the final six games, which means owners should keep tabs on Butler and his teammates as soon as Monday against Dallas.
