5 years agoMiami Heat shooting guard/small forward Jimmy Butler connected on 16 of his 18 free throws and finished the night with 24 points in the overtime win over the Wizards. Butler added a full line with 10 rebounds and seven assists while blocking one shot, but failed to make a triple in this one. Butler took Monday off with a hip issue, and it seems to not be anything too serious, as he played 34 minutes in this one. Butler will be relied on for Friday's tilt with Kawhi Leonard and the Clippers, so expect an aggressive Jimmy Buckets for that showdown.--Gianni Costantiello
