Jimmy Butler Will Miss Second Straight Outing Tuesday
4 years agoMiami Heat small forward Jimmy Butler (knee) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game versus the Hawks due to persistent inflammation in his right knee. Butler's absence marks his second in a row, which figures to continue paving the way for Kendrick Nunn to remain in the starting five. Nunn has been a DFS smash play on most occasions when starting, averaging 16 PPG when among the first five this year. Butler is coming off a tremendous February run that saw him average 21.3 points, 8.8 boards, and 8.8 assists per contest, but he'll have one last shot to suit up before the All-Star break, which comes Thursday against New Orleans.
