4 years agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Jo Adell is out of Saturday’s starting lineup against the Dodgers and right-hander Walker Buehler. Manager Joe Maddon mentioned before the game that Adell would return to the lineup Sunday when the team is set to face right-hander Dustin May. Taylor Ward takes over in place of Adell, getting his first start in a week. It has been a rough acclimation to big league pitching for Adell, who has whiffed in 13 of his first 25 Major League plate appearances. While the potential remains massive for the Angels’ top prospect, he is best left on the wire in most season-long formats until he begins to showcase his speed and power potential.--Jesse Borek
