3 years agoJoel Dahmen will make his third career US Open start this week, missing the cut in his first two appearances. He has made four career starts at Torrey Pines and missed the cut in two of them. He has decent accuracy off the tee but is inconsistent with approach shots. His short game is not very good, and that aspect needs to be effective in order to compete at the US Open. There is not a whole lot that points to Dahmen putting together a solid outing this week.--Connor Wege
