4 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (knee) has been given the green light to take the floor for Saturday's game versus the Nets as he works through right knee soreness. Embiid has been playing at an elite level over his last seven games, averaging 35.6 points and 9.7 rebounds per contest in that span, all while shooting 58.9 percent from the floor. While Brooklyn has done a solid job at corralling opposing centers this season, Embiid is no regular center. Him being active knocks Dwight Howard out of DFS consideration, while propelling his own appeal near the top of consideration on many managers' boards.--Jesse Borek
