7 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid was not needed for much of Thursday night's win over the Orlando Magic. Embiid only saw 20 minutes of playing time, but finished with 17 points on 6-for-11 shooting and nine rebounds. The Sixers put a beat down on the Magic on the second night of a back-to-back, which allowed Embiid to get much needed rest. Philadelphia face Karl-Anthony Towns and the Minnesota Timberwolves on Saturday where Embiid nearly recorded a triple-double in their first meeting this season. Embiid should be back to a full workload for Saturday's game and will be in line for another big performance.--Dale Johnson - RotoBaller
