5 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid had a big performance on Thursday against Washington, finishing a 119-113 loss with 26 points and a season-high 21 rebounds. He was busy at the line with an 11-for-14 record and he shot 7-for-12 overall from the floor in 35 minutes. Embiid also extended his streak with at least one block to five games. The Sixers center has been crushing it since finishing with zero points on Nov. 25 against Toronto, averaging 26.8 points and 15.2 rebounds in five outings. He could do some serious damage again on Saturday against Cleveland, who have problems guarding opposing bigs.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
