6 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid scored 13 points, hauled down 11 rebounds, doled out five assists and committed four turnovers in Monday's loss to the Spurs. The 7-footer was just 6-for-17 from the floor and 0-for-6 from beyond the three-point line. He also posted a season-worst minus-18 rating. It was his lowest scoring effort since putting up 10 points against the Raptors on Dec. 5. The double-double was his 27th of the season. Embiid will look to be more efficient on Wednesday against the Knicks, who he recorded 26 points, 14 caroms and seven assists in the teams first meeting.--Daniel Benjamin
