3 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid led his team to a 108-103 win over Boston on Monday, scoring a game-high 41 points on 14-for-27 shooting. He shot only 1-for-5 from downtown but was busy at the line with a 12-for-14 effort and finished off his night with 10 rebounds, five assists, two steals, four blocks and five turnovers. Boston simply couldn't handle him and Embiid now boasts three 40-point performances for the season. He'll get some nice time off now before facing Atlanta on Thursday. The Hawks can make it difficult for centers, with Clint Capela roaming the paint, but Embiid had a solid 28-point, 12-rebound double-double when the teams last met earlier this month.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
