5 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid was nowhere to be found on Monday when he again struggled against the team from north of the border in the loss. Embiid failed to register a single point for the first time in an NBA game as he shot 0-for-11 from the floor but did manage to salvage his line with 13 rebounds and two assists in 32 minutes. Embiid continued where he left with the Raptors from last year's playoff series as Marc Gasol once again owned the young center on the defensive end. Embiid should bounce back on Wednesday in the favorable matchup versus the Kings.--Gianni Costantiello
