4 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid scored 37 points on 10-for-19 shooting in Friday's win over the Minnesota Timberwolves. He also grabbed 11 rebounds and added three assists and a steal. Embiid was 16-for-18 was the free throw line. Despite being questionable before the game with a back injury, Embiid put on a strong showing, scoring over 30 points for the fourth time in the past five games that's he played. Embiid is playing at an MVP level right now, but a Sunday meeting with the Pacers and their frontcourt duo of Myles Turner and Domantas Sabonis could be a bit of an issue for him.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
