3 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid continued his great scoring run with a 34-point effort in Thursday's 110-102 win over Brooklyn. His shooting at 11-for-23 was a bit lackluster, but Embiid nailed three three-point bombs with five attempts and hit 9-for-12 at the charity stripe to record his fifth 30-point outing in his last six games. He pulled down seven rebounds and completed his line with one assist, three steals, two blocks and two turnovers. The Process will head into 2022 in superb form, and he starts the action in the new year in a very favorable matchup against the Rockets.
