5 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (hand) will undergo surgery on his left hand Friday and will be re-evaluated in one to two weeks. Embiid went viral after suffering a gruesome dislocated finger on Tuesday. After further evaluation, it was revealed Embiid tore a ligament in his left hand and will undergo the surgery Friday. With Embiid out for the foreseeable future, Ben Simmons, Tobias Harris and Al Horford are the biggest beneficiaries right now. The Sixers have yet to announce the replacement starter, but candidates to increase in value are Matisse Thybulle, Kyle O'Quinn and Mike Scott.--Dale Johnson - RotoBaller
