6 years agoTexas Rangers outfielder Joey Gallo will once again line up in right field for the Rangers on Sunday. Gallo has been the regular left fielder this season, but with Nomar Mazara on the disabled list and both Willie Calhoun and Shin-Soo Choo unable to man right field regularly, Gallo has been tasked with the job. Gallo's defensive versatility is something that fantasy owners should be thankful for, as it may be the only thing keeping Gallo in the majors. The left-handed slugger has struggled at the plate once again this season, with a .188 batting average. However, Gallo currently has 24 home runs and remains on target to hit somewhere between 40 and 50 HRs this season. Gallo's power is the only thing making him fantasy relevant and his defensive flexibility may be the only thing making him relevant for the Rangers at this stage.--Ben Rolfe
