John Collins Drills Career-High Six Triples
4 years agoAtlanta Hawks power forward John Collins went for 30 points during Sunday's defeat to Milwaukee, the second time in his past three games that he has hit that plateau. But what made his outing versus the Bucks special were the six threes that he knocked down, which set a new career high. Without Clint Capela (hand) available in the frontcourt, Collins took on an extended role, which helped him to compile seven rebounds and three assists, all while shooting 12-for-19 overall. Collins has now gone for 31, four, and 30 points in his last three games, respectively, displaying his DFS volatility ahead of Tuesday's matchup with the Clippers.
