John Collins Finishes With A Double-Double Versus Portland

4 years agoAtlanta Hawks forward John Collins shot nine of 14 from the field to finish with 24 points, 10 rebounds, four assists, three three-pointers, two blocks and one steal in a win over Portland. Collins puts an exclamation point on an incredible February in which he shot 63.6 percent from the field and 53.5 percent from distance while averaging 25.6 points and 10.4 rebounds a game. It was an impressive showing that certainly helps make up for the 25 games he missed earlier in the season due to suspension. Over his last five games, Collins has scored no fewer than 21 points with no less than two three-pointers. The Hawks might not be fighting for a playoff spot, but that isn't stopping Collins from finishing the season off incredibly strong.--Daniel Lubofsky - RotoBaller
