4 years agoAtlanta Hawks forward John Collins is hopeful that he can sign a rookie-scale contract extension with Atlanta this offseason. “I would love it. I would love to stay in Atlanta, I would love to be here, so I feel great about it. We’re in good hopes and good spirits with everything right now. Nothing’s really come up as of yet," Collins said. Collins is coming off a monster season in 2019-2020 and is still getting better. The Hawks acquired center Clint Capela mid-season, so it'll be interesting to see how the two of them play together.
